“I was very pleased with your service. The day before we had our meeting with you, I had got out of the hospital and on my way home . . . [my husband] sent me a nasty text message. The morning of the meeting I went to the doctor over my reason for which I was hospitalized as well as my dad lay dying in the hospital in St. Louis.
